Wholistic Leadership Empowerment Center
The facilitators of the Leadership Empowerment Seminar offer various training programs to help any individual improve their personal and managerial effectiveness. These seminar programs, which are specifically designed to meet the needs of leaders, or potential business, government, and NGO leaders, are targeted towards helping participants to fully utilize their emotional and spiritual intelligence to become better trailblazers.
The facilitators aim to transform the individual’s work attitudes and values in order to make them more productive at work as well as to help them attain greater fulfillment and satisfaction in their personal lives. The seminar stresses the importance of combining both EQ (emotional intelligence) and SQ (spiritual intelligence) and using them as the foundational disciplines towards personal and managerial effectiveness.

Dr. Andre San Agustin, an international seminar trainer, runs these seminars. Apart from handling seminars in the Philippines, Dr. Andre San Agustin has also done leadership workshops in Mexico and the US.
Prior to achieving his status and gaining this level of expertise, Dr. Andre San Agustin spent years finishing his PhD course in Management and Social Psychology at the Pennsylvania State University. He also holds an MBA degree in Marketing Management from the University of Rhode Island as well as a BBA degree in Management from the University of the East.
Dr. Andre San Agustin is the founder and Master Trainer of the nonprofit and community development NGO, Wholistic Leadership Empowerment Center.
